OnePass Rewards redeemed at Catch Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all OnePass Rewards (redeemed at www.catch.com.au) issued by Wesfarmers One Pass Pty Ltd ABN 39 650 854 845. All items purchased using OnePass Rewards are otherwise done so in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information that we may collect in respect of OnePass Rewards.
  2. All OnePass Rewards expire 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the OnePass Reward. No refund or credit will be given for any unused balance.
  3. OnePass Rewards cannot be redeemed or exchanged (whether wholly or partly) for cash, including any unused balance on the card, nor can they be used to purchase other Gift Cards or tender.
  4. You may be prohibited from purchasing certain items (such as alcohol if you are under the age of 18 years).
  5. OnePass Rewards can only be redeemed online at www.catch.com.au.
  6. A maximum of 5 voucher codes can be used in a single transaction, this means that a total combination of 5 gift cards/OnePass Rewards is the maximum that can be used within a single transaction.
  7. OnePass Rewards cannot be used to purchase Catch Connect mobile services.
  8. OnePass Rewards cannot be used towards delivery fees or OnePass membership fees.
  9. OnePass Rewards entitle the holder to goods equal to the value stated on the card. Where an order's value exceeds the balance of the OnePass Rewards, you must pay the balance in cash.
  10. If you do not hold an existing user account, you must open a user account with Catch (for no charge) in-order-to spend (redeem) the balance of this OnePass Reward.
  11. A refund of a purchase made using a OnePass Reward will be made via a store credit to the extent that the OnePass Reward was used for the purchase.
  12. The value shown on the OnePass Rewards includes any applicable GST.
  13. Should Catch suspect any fraud relating to a OnePass Reward, Catch may refuse to permit the redemption of the OnePass Reward until Catch is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
  14. Catch is not liable for any lost OnePass Reward or redemption codes.
  15. You will not be sent statements of transactions on OnePass Rewards.
  16. The value of OnePass Reward must be redeemed in one single transaction. Unused balance can not be redeemed in a second transaction.
