OnePass –Help us improve OnePass Competition 

Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition is a game of and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners.

2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.  Entry into the OnePass – Help us improve OnePass Competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The material used to market and promote the Competition forms part of the Competition Terms and Conditions. If there is an inconsistency between the material used to market and promote the Competition and the Competition Terms and Conditions, the Competition Terms and Conditions prevail.

4. Promoter: The Promoter is Wesfarmers One Pass Pty Ltd (ABN 39 650 854 845) of Level 6, 699 Collins Street, Docklands, 3008, VIC and 1300 026 710 (“Promoter”).

5. Ansible: Ansible Pty Ltd (ABN 86 097 086 390) (Ansible) a division of Mediabrands Australia Pty Ltd, have been appointed to facilitate the Competition and the prize judging.

Competition Period

6. The Competition commences on Tuesday 13 February 2024 at 07:01 AEDT and closes on Monday, 19 February 2024 at 23:59 AEDT (“Competition Period”).

7. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to https://onepass.com.au/.

Eligibility to Enter

8. During the Competition Period, anyone may enter the Competition, provided that they:a. are over 18 years of age; b. are a resident of Australia; c. are not an employee or immediate family member of an employee, of the Promoter , who is directly associated and connected with the organisation of this Competition; andd. are a valid current OnePass, Disney+ Bundle member or a valid new OnePass member who joins during the Competition Period.

How to Enter

9. To participate in the Competition entrants must:

a. Have signed up to OnePass, as a free trial or paid, or be an existing OnePass member during the Competition Period; and

b. Receive the OnePass email; and

c. Complete the OnePass Survey; and d. Complete all the required details to enter the Competition including, but not limited to, full name, e-mail address, mobile number, and the competition question in 25 words or less.

10. For clarity, entrants must complete the OnePass survey and answer the competition questions in order to be deemed a valid entry.

11. For clarity, all individuals who meet the Eligibility to Enter requirements under clause 8 and have successfully completed the How to Enter requirements in clause 9 will be deemed a valid entry (“Valid Entry”) and automatically entered into the Competition.

12.  A limit of one entry per person, per day during the Competition Period applies.

13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants (including a member’s age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any members who do not have a current membership to OnePass in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the sign-up process.  Error and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

14.   The entry must be:

a) the original independent creation of the entrant;

b) written in English; and

c) free from any claims, including but not restricted to copyright or trademark claims, by other parties.

15.   Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. The prize winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use their entries in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

16.   Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers, in its sole discretion, to infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity, will be considered ineligible. The decision to accept or reject an entry is at the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

17.   Signing up to the OnePass is subject to the OnePass Terms and Conditions available at https://onepass.com.au/terms-and-conditions.

Judging winners

18. There will be Ten (10) Prize Winners (“Winners”) of the Competition.

19. The Winners will be the best valid entries as judged by a panel of representatives appointed by the Promoter having regard to authenticity, creativity, and originality at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Tuesday, 27 February 2024 at 10:00 AEDT. The competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winner.

20. The prize winners will be notified via phone or email by Wesfarmers One Pass Pty within two (2) business days of the Prize Judging and the winners’ details including initial of first name, surname and postcode will be published on https://onepass.com.au/ from ​Thursday, 29 February 2024​.

21. Upon notification, prize winner(s) must claim their prize by Wednesday, 29 May 2024 (“Prize Claim Deadline”). Once a prize winner has accepted their prize, Wesfarmers One Pass Pty Ltd will fulfil the prize within (10) business days of prize acceptance. Winners must deal directly with Wesfarmers One Pass Pty Ltd for prize fulfillment.

22. The judges’ decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

23. Incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

24. If for whatever reason any Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Deadline, or the entrant is deemed ineligible to enter the Competition and claim a Prize, a re-judging will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level 3, 100 Chalmers Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 on Wednesday, 29 May 2024 at 10:00 AEDT (“Unclaimed Prize Judging”). The re-judged prize winner, if any, will be notified of their prize within two (2) business days by the Promoter via phone or email and the re-judged winners’ details including initial of first name, surname and postcode will be published on https://onepass.com.au/ from Tuesday, 28 May 2024.

25. Once an Unclaimed Prize winner has accepted their prize, Wesfarmers One Pass Pty Ltd will fulfil the prize within (10) business days of prize acceptance. Winners must deal directly with Wesfarmers One Pass Pty Ltd for prize fulfillment.

26. If the Prize is not claimed as part of this Unclaimed Prize Re-judging, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, will forfeit that Prize and no substitute will be offered.

Prize Details

27. There will be ten (10) individual prize winners judged from the Valid Entries.

28. Each prize comprises of one (1) $250 Kmart e-gift card. Terms of use for e-gift cards can be viewed at https://corporateservices.giftcards.com.au/CMS/Page/TermsOfUse

The total prize pool per winner is valued at up to AUD $250.00.

29. No aspect of the Prize (and all elements thereof) is redeemable for cash or transferable except at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion. The Prize may not be sold, separated, or transferred to any other person or third party. Any portion of the Prize which is not used, is forfeited. Prizes are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by the Promoter, to the extent permittable under law.

30. The Prize may not be combined with any other offer. Lost Prizes will not be replaced.

31. If any portion of the Prize is not available for any reason then the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that portion of the Prize with another prize of comparable or greater value.

32. Prize value is in Australian dollars. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings, and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.

33. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.

34. If a prize winner does not provide proof of meeting the age restriction and other valid entry requirements, the Prize will be forfeited in full, and the prize winner will have no further claim.  A re-judging will be held to award the Prize to a valid entrant.

35. Prizes will be awarded to the named member who has received the OnePass email. Should a member’s contact details change during the Competition Period, it is the member’s responsibility to notify OnePass. A request to access or modify any information provided in the OnePass sign up process, should be directed to OnePass. OnePass and Ansible Pty Ltd take no responsibility for any prizes misdirected or lost as a result of a prize winner providing incorrect contact details.

36. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Prize become the responsibility of the winners. All costs associated with the Prize which are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions to be included, including but not limited to additional cost for food, beverage, and transportation.

37. The prize winners must provide valid identification to the Promoter upon the Promoter’s request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Prize at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

38. Subject to state permit authority restrictions, the Promoter may reasonably amend these terms and conditions, orally or in writing, in its absolute discretion.

Winner Generated Content & Publication

39. In participating in Competition, the prize winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The prize winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the prize winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

40. The prize winners agree that they will not sell or otherwise make available their story and/or photographs to any media or other organization.

41.   Force majeure If there is a force majeure event which prevents or materially and adversely affects the Promoter’s ability to market, promote and run the Competition in accordance with the Competition terms, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or postpone the Competition subject to state and territory licensing authorities approval.

42.   Liability


Except as required under applicable law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants or winners in connection with the Competition, including:

a. any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected information or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;

b. any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition;

c. any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure; and

d. any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries or the Prize; and

e. any use of the Prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize; and

f. any delay or failure relating to the Prize itself (including any negative encounter experienced by the winner and their travel companion/s, including but not limited to cancellation, changes or delays of flights or other transport arrangements, inclement weather or any illness experienced) or failure by any third party to meet any of its obligations in connection with a prize.

Nothing under this clause 42 is intended to limit a Prize winners’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law 2010.

43.   Privacy & Contact

a. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants in order to run the Competition, communicate with you as the entrant to this Competition, administer and notify prize winners and prize fulfilment. The Promoter uses and manages entrants’ personal information in accordance with its OnePass Privacy Policy at https://onepass.com.au/privacy-hub/privacy-policy.  The Promoter may provide entrants’ personal information to Ansible Pty Ltd for the purpose of fulfilling a prize winner’s prize. The Promoter will also share de-identified information with third parties who support the Promoter in conducting the prize judging, which include Ansible Pty Ltd. The Promoter will be unable to consider your entry into this Competition if you do not provide the personal information required in the entry form.

b. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial and postcode. If you do not want your information to be published, please contact OnePass Customer Support Team on 1300 026 710 during office hours. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to OnePass.

All disputes are to be adjudicated by the Promoter.
