If you have signed up to any of our OnePass plans, you’ve used up your trial opportunity. However, you can always upgrade to a paid bundle plan in Manage Subscription after log in.

When you sign up to the Disney+ bundle, you will be immediately billed by OnePass or where applicable, at the end of your trial period. To pause your existing Disney+ subscription, you need to set up your Disney+ account with the bundle. Once this is done, your existing Disney+ subscription and remaining entitlement (the number of days remaining in your current billing period) will be automatically paused. This paused Disney-billed subscription and remaining entitlement will resume if you ever decide to cancel your OnePass | Disney+ bundle.

You will be immediately billed by OnePass when you sign up to the bundle or where applicable, at the end of the trial period. You will need to manage your existing Disney+ subscription billed via a third-party billing provider, such as Apple or Google, directly with the provider.

Oh yes. Simply log in to your account and upgrade your OnePass subscription. We’ll make sure to refund you any unused OnePass entitlements.

Don't worry. You can keep your Disney+ account and all your viewing history. We’ll just let our friends at Disney know that we’re billing you once you setup Disney+ with OnePass.
