For purchases made on and from 5th September 2023, if you change your mind, you have 365 days from the date of your purchase to return your unused items
Priceline
For purchases made on and from 19th March 2024. if you change your mind, you have 365 days from the date of your purchase to return your unused items.
Take your item & proof of purchase into store
Check the participating brands returns policies to ensure that your online item is not excluded from this offering. Make sure to return your item to the participating brand you purchased it from.
Show your OnePass membership
Show that you are an active OnePass member using your mobile device either via the OnePass mobile app or login at onepass.com.au and your team member will assist you to process your return.
Bought a product online?
For 365 day change of mind returns, you need to return purchases in-store to the brand you purchased from.
For any Catch.com.au purchases, please refer to their change of mind returns terms on how to return these products.
You can return an item for change of mind if...
Each participating brand will have their own criteria for change of mind returns. Here are a few participating brands key requirements:
It isn’t used or dirty
It has its original packaging and tags
It isn’t an excluded item
You have a copy of your proof of purchase
