How to start your annual membership

Create your OnePass account

Enter your details to create your OnePass account.

Add your unique OnePass promo code

Select the Annual Plan ($40/year); enter your payment details and then enter your promo code by clicking 'I have a promo code'. Your promo code will apply the discount to your current annual plan which will commence after your 30 day free trial.

Please note:

If you cancel your plan during the free trial, you will lose your promo code and it cannot be re-applied.

Start your annual membership

I’m currently on an annual plan

Navigate to the Manage membership page and click the link Apply promo. If your plan is cancelling, reactivate your plan to enable the option to add your promo code.

Add your unique OnePass promo code

Enter your code and select the Add button to apply the promo code. The promo code will be applied to your next payment.

Currently on a free trial?

Make sure to add your promo code before your free trial ends.

I’m currently on a monthly plan

You’ll need to apply your promo code while switching your membership to an annual plan.

Here's the steps on how to switch your plan:

Navigate to Manage membership page and initiate a plan change. If your plan is cancelling, reactivate your plan to enable the option to change plans.

Add your unique OnePass promo code

Before confirming the change, click the Apply promo link. Enter your promo code and select the Add button to apply the discount. Confirm the plan change and the promo code will be applied to your next payment.

Currently on a free trial?

Make sure to switch your plan to annual and add your promo code before your free trial ends.

I’m reactivating my OnePass membership

Navigate to 'My membership' and select the Start your plan button.

Add your unique OnePass promo code

Select the Annual Plan ($40/year); enter your payment details and then enter your promo code by clicking 'I have a promo code'. Your promo code will apply the discount to the current annual plan.

Don’t have a promo code?

Simply head to Flybuys reward store to redeem or use Flybuys points and receive your promo code.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you will receive a 30-day free trial in addition to your annual membership, as long as you haven’t already redeemed a free trial previously. If you want to cancel your membership, please be sure to do so after your free trial ends.

What happens after one year?

After one year, your membership will automatically renew at $40/year or you can redeem your membership again from the Flybuys rewards store using your Flybuys points.
