Here’s what you need to know about your free Team Member OnePass membership
Eligibility & Overview
Eligible team members receive a complimentary OnePass subscription.To view the OnePass benefits, visit: onepass.com.au/benefits
You’re eligible if you’re a current employee of Wesfarmers or one of its subsidiaries and are:
- A permanent (full-time or part-time) employee
- A fixed-term (full-time or part-time) employee
- A casual employee with at least 3 months of service
No. OnePass is only available in Australia.
Wesfarmers team member discount cards are issued to eligible team members and may be provided as a physical or digital card, depending on your division’s process.

Getting Started
To sign up for your team member subscription, visit: onepass.com.au/freefortheteam
Once you’ve signed up, you can access your account anytime at onepass.com.au
Yes. You’ll need an active team member discount barcode to access your complimentary OnePass subscription.
For most Wesfarmers team members, your barcode number is located on your team member discount card.
For Bunnings team members:
Open the REDS app, swipe to your Wesfarmers team member discount card, then swipe again to view the barcode. Tap the barcode to see the 13-digit number (note: this is different from your Bunnings card).
Managing Your Account
You’re only eligible for one team member subscription. Please sign up using the discount card from your primary division.
No, OnePass accounts and team member subscriptions are limited to one person per account.
To access your complimentary team member subscription:
- Cancel your existing paid or trial subscription
- Wait for it to expire at the end of the billing period
- Then sign up via the team member page - https://onepass.com.au/freefortheteam
If you’ve recently joined Wesfarmers and have significant time remaining on an annual plan, contact teammemberhelp@onepass.com.
No, your complimentary subscription will continue for the duration of your employment, provided the team member benefit remains available.
Make sure you’re logged in to OnePass and have activated your benefits with participating brands.
Free delivery applies to eligible items and orders only. Exclusions may include:
- Large or bulky items
- Marketplace or third-party products
- Orders below minimum spend thresholds
Barcode and Membership Issues
Your membership may have become inactive because the team member discount barcode linked to your account is no longer valid. This can happen if you’ve changed divisions, replaced your card, or received a new barcode (e.g. as an eligible retiree).
If you’ve been issued a new barcode, you can continue your complimentary membership by:
- Logging in at http://onepass.com.au/freefortheteam
- Updating your new team member discount barcode
Please note: There may be a short delay between your old barcode being deactivated and receiving a new one. No action is required until you receive an email confirming your membership is no longer active.
If you move to a different Wesfarmers division, your existing team member discount card will become inactive and you’ll be issued a new one.
You’ll also receive an email confirming your OnePass membership has been deactivated. Once you receive this and your new card, you can:
- Log in at http://onepass.com.au/freefortheteam
- Add your new barcode to continue your complimentary membership
Please note: There may be a short delay between your old card being deactivated and receiving your new one. No action is required until you receive the email.
If you’re eligible for a retiree discount card, you can continue to enjoy complimentary OnePass membership.
Once you receive an email confirming your membership is no longer active and if you’ve been issued with a new Wesfarmers discount card:
- Go to http://onepass.com.au/freefortheteam
- Log in to your account
- Add your new retiree discount barcode
Please contact your divisional People & Culture team to request a replacement card.
Your existing barcode will become inactive, and you’ll receive an email once your OnePass membership has been inactivated. After you receive your replacement card and this email, you can:
- Log in at http://onepass.com.au/freefortheteam
- Add your new barcode to continue your complimentary membership
Please note: There may be a short delay between your old card being deactivated and receiving your new one. No action is required until you receive the OnePass email.
Your team member discount card will become inactive and your complimentary OnePass membership will be deactivated.You may receive an offer to continue your membership. You can manage your account anytime at http://onepass.com.au .
Under 18
Currently, only individuals aged 18 and over can create a OnePass account.
If you’re under 18, you can access your team member benefit through an account created by a parent or guardian. This subscription will be linked to that account and subject to the applicable terms and policies.
No, not at this stage. We’re working on making this available. Your People & Culture team will notify you when this functionality is available.
