Here’s what you need to know about your free Team Member OnePass membership

Am I eligible for a free Team Member subscription with OnePass?

To be an eligible team member you must be a current employee of Wesfarmers Limited or one of its subsidiaries (each a “Wesfarmers Company”). A current employee is an Australian-based:

  • permanent full-time or part time employee;
  • fixed term full-time or part time employee; or
  • casual employee who has served in that position for 3 months
What is my OnePass Team Member Benefit?
  • Free OnePass subscription to eligible team members
  • Free delivery on eligible orders or items from participating brands
  • Link OnePass subscription to Catch.com.au and get free Click & Collect from Kmart and Target stores
  • Sitewide discount on eligible products at Catch.com.au
Am I eligible for the OnePass | Disney+ bundle as part of my team member subscription?

No. The exciting announcement of the OnePass | Disney+ streaming bundle is an exclusive offer for customers with a paid OnePass subscription.

I originally joined up to the free team member Club Catch benefit. Do I need to join again?

If you haven't successfully migrated your previous membership to OnePass, please sign up again at http://onepass.com.au/freefortheteam

Ensure you activate your OnePass membership with each participating brand to access all your OnePass team member benefits.

Am I eligible for the team member benefits if I am not based in Australia?

No. If you are a team member who is not Australian based, you will not be eligible for a free OnePass subscription. OnePass is only available in Australia.

Once I have created my OnePass team member subscription, how do I access my account?

What is a team member discount card?

Wesfarmers team member discount cards are issued to all permanent team members and fixed-term, or casual team members with greater than 3 months of service. They are sent via mail and can take 6-8 weeks to arrive after you commence employment.  Please contact your People & Culture team for any questions regarding your team member discount card. 

Bunnings Group team members access the Wesfarmers team member discount using the Bunnings REDS app. Swipe to see your Wesfarmers TM discount card, swipe again to see the barcode, then tap the barcode to see the number (the first card you see is your Bunnings card, this is not the card to use to redeem your OnePass Team Member benefit).

How do I find my team member discount card number?

For all Wesfarmers team members except Bunnings Group team members, the barcode number is found on the back of your team member discount card. 

For Bunnings Group team members, the 13 digit card number is in your Bunnings REDS app. Upon opening the REDS app, swipe to see your Wesfarmers TM discount card. Swipe again to see the barcode, then tap the barcode to see the number (the first card you see is your Bunnings card, this is not the card to use to redeem your OnePass Team Member benefit).

What if I have lost my team member discount card?

No, only one person can be linked to each OnePass account and free team member subscription.

Can I add another person to my free OnePass team member subscription?

No, only one person can be linked to each OnePass account and free team member subscription.

What happens if I work at 2 different divisions?

You are only eligible for one team member subscription and can only sign-up once. Please sign up from the division where you have a team member discount card.

Can I join OnePass if I’m under 18 years old?

Only persons aged 18 years and over can create a OnePass account and have a OnePass subscription. If you are under 18, you can access your free team member subscription until you reach the age of 18 through an account created by a nominated parent or guardian. This free team member subscription will be locked to a single account and subject to the Wesfarmers OnePass team member benefits Terms and Conditions and Use Policy.

I have turned 18 years old; can I transfer my free OnePass subscription from my parent or guardian's account to my own account?

No, not at this stage.  We’re working on making this available. Your People & Culture team will notify you when this functionality is available.

What will happen to my free OnePass subscription if I leave Wesfarmers Group?

Team member benefits only apply for the duration of your employment. If you leave the Wesfarmers Group, we hope you enjoyed your OnePass experience enough to choose to continue your subscription as a paid subscriber.

What if I am being charged delivery fees?

First, check you are logged into OnePass and have activated your benefit at the participating brands. OnePass offers free delivery on eligible items or orders (some conditions apply). Items or orders that aren't eligible may include big and bulky items, products sold by third parties on a participating brand's marketplace, or other items specified by participating brands from time to time. Participating brands may have a minimum order value requirement.

I have an existing paid annual or monthly or free trial OnePass subscription. What should I do?

If you are eligible for the team member free OnePass subscription you need to cancel the active paid or free trial subscription and wait for your subscription to lapse. For your subscription to lapse you need to wait until the end of the billing period before signing up for your free OnePass team member benefit. If you have just commenced employment with Wesfarmers Group and have more than one month remaining on a paid annual subscription, please reach out to teammemberhelp@onepass.com via email and we will try our best to help you.

Does my free subscription expire?

No, your OnePass subscription will be automatically renewed each month for the term of your employment (subject to the Team Member benefit continuing to be offered by Wesfarmers or your employer).
