Here’s how the offer works for each customer group:
- New and returning members can get 6 months of OnePass free
- Current monthly members get a 6 month pause on their membership payments
- Current annual members get $20 off their next annual renewal
That means every customer group gets value, just in different ways. For new and returning members, that value comes through free access to OnePass for 6 months. For current members, it comes through either a pause in payments or a discount on renewal, while keeping their membership active and continuing to enjoy OnePass benefits, including free delivery on eligible items or orders.
The offer has been created in response to ongoing cost-of-living pressure, including rising fuel costs. The idea is simple: if customers can shop online and access free delivery through OnePass, they may be able to avoid some unnecessary trips and save on fuel.
Yes! Previous OnePass members can take up the 6 month free trial offer
At Kmart, Target, and Priceline items that are eligible for the OnePass member free standard delivery benefit, will be clearly marked on each of the participating brand's websites.
At Bunnings Warehouse, free standard delivery is determined on eligible parcel-sized online orders. Excludes Special Orders, Marketplace products and gift cards. More information can be found on the Bunnings website.
At Officeworks, free standard delivery is determined at check-out. Please note, OnePass benefits are not available for Officeworks business account holders or any transactions associated with a business account. This includes 30 Day Business Account holders and account managed business customers.
At InstantScripts, you can get free standard delivery on prescription medication in Australia prescribed by an InstantScripts doctor. Express delivery is not eligible for free delivery.

That way, you have time to decide if OnePass is right for you.
If you choose to stay, your membership will continue at $4 per month. If not, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Yes — you can cancel anytime during your free trial.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged and your membership will simply stop at the end of the trial period.

You can cancel your membership at any time.

- Go to 'Manage membership'
- Click ‘Cancel membership’.
Your cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current billing period. So, with an annual membership, this cancellation will come in effect for the next year’s billing cycle. If you have a monthly membership, the cancellation will come into effect for the following month.
If there’s time remaining in your billing period, you can continue to enjoy your OnePass benefits until the end of the billing cycle. Please note there are no refunds provided on the remaining portion of your membership when you cancel.
After cancellation of your membership, you will continue to be a OnePass account holder.

*T&Cs, exclusions apply. The 6 (six) months free OnePass membership offer (the ‘6-month free trial Offer’) is available to new and returning OnePass members (excluding current active members) who join between 00:01am AEST on 14 April 2026 and 11:59pm AEST on 14 May 2026 (‘Offer Period’).
To redeem the 6-month free trial Offer, you must sign up to OnePass via the OnePass website during the Offer Period, where the offer discount will be automatically applied. You will need to provide your personal and payment details to complete the sign-up process. The 6-month free trial membership will commence from the date you sign up.
If your OnePass membership remains active after the first 6 months, you will be charged a recurring annual payment, currently $40, unless you cancel before renewal.

Current monthly members
*T&Cs, exclusions apply. The 6 (six) month payment pause to your monthly OnePass membership (the ‘Monthly Member Offer’) is available to current OnePass members who hold an active OnePass monthly membership at any time on 13 April 2026.
If you are an eligible monthly OnePass member, we will automatically pause any payments from your nominated payment method for a period of 6 months from your next payment date. After this date we will charge you a recurring monthly payment, currently $4, unless you cancel before renewal. You do not need to do anything to activate the Monthly Member Offer. If you cancel your monthly membership or your monthly membership does not remain active at any point prior to the end of the 6 months, you will forfeit the remaining value of your Monthly Member Offer.
