OnePass Black Friday 2026 Early Access and Reward Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the OnePass Black Friday 2026 member Early Access events and the $20 OnePass Reward sign-up offer. They supplement the OnePass Terms and Conditions at https://onepass.com.au/privacy-hub/terms-and-conditions. If these terms are inconsistent with the OnePass Terms and Conditions in relation to this campaign, these terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Definitions

Active Member: a person with an active OnePass Membership, including a paid or trial membership, during the relevant Early Access period.

Annual Membership: a paid annual OnePass membership purchased for $40 during the Reward Offer Period.

Early Access: the opportunity for eligible Active Members to shop selected Black Friday (or “Pink Friday” for Priceline) products or offers online before the applicable retailer's public Black Friday event.

Participating Retailer: Bunnings Warehouse, Kmart, Target, Priceline Pharmacy or atomica, as applicable to the relevant Early Access event.

Reward: a single-use $20 OnePass Reward issued in accordance with these terms and redeemable only at the retailer selected during sign-up.

Reward Retailer: Bunnings Warehouse, Kmart, Target, Officeworks or Priceline Pharmacy as selected by the member when purchasing the Annual Membership.

Reward Offer Period: 2 November 2026 to 2 December 2026 (inclusive).

The $20 OnePass Reward offer

• Offer starts 2 November 2026 and ends 2 December 2026 (inclusive).

• The Reward offer is available to new and returning OnePass customers who purchase an Annual Membership through the OnePass sign-up page during the Reward Offer Period. It is not available to a person who holds an active OnePass Membership when they sign up.

• The Annual Membership costs $40. No free trial applies. Unless cancelled before renewal, the Annual Membership renews automatically after one year at the annual Membership Fee applying at the renewal date. OnePass will give any renewal reminder required under the OnePass Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

• An eligible member must select one Reward Retailer during sign-up. The selection is final and the Reward may be used only at that selected Reward Retailer.

• One Reward is available per eligible member and OnePass account. This offer cannot be used with another OnePass sign-up or membership offer.

• The Reward will usually appear in the Rewards section of the member's OnePass account immediately after eligible sign-up, but may take up to two weeks. The member must verify their OnePass account using a valid Australian mobile number before redeeming the Reward.

• A Reward selected for Bunnings Warehouse or Priceline Pharmacy is redeemable in store only. A Reward selected for Kmart, Target or Officeworks is redeemable in store or online. A Bunnings Warehouse Reward may be used to purchase goods at any Bunnings Warehouse location in Australia. It cannot be used online and must be processed through the register and relinquished to the cashier when redeemed. The member must comply with the redemption instructions displayed with the Reward.

• Except for a Bunnings Warehouse Reward, the Reward expires three years after its date of issue. The expiry date shown with the Reward in the member's OnePass account is conclusive, except in the case of manifest error. A Bunnings Warehouse Reward has no expiry date.

• There is no minimum spend. Except for a Bunnings Warehouse Reward or where the redemption terms displayed with the Reward state otherwise, the Reward is single-use and, if the purchase is less than $20, the unused balance is forfeited. A Bunnings Warehouse Reward is not a reducing-balance card: while active, its full $20 value is available and, once redeemed, its balance is $0. Any change from a Bunnings transaction will be transferred to a new physical Bunnings Gift Card. If a purchase is more than $20, the member must pay the balance using a payment method accepted by the selected Reward Retailer.

• The Reward is non-transferable, cannot be resold or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed wholly or partly for cash, gift cards, payments to credit or store accounts, or any other excluded product or payment specified by the selected Reward Retailer. A Bunnings Warehouse Reward is not a credit or debit card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Bunnings Warehouse is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Bunnings Warehouse Rewards. Bunnings Customer Service may check the status of an individual Bunnings Warehouse Reward but may not be able to verify whether it was issued through the OnePass promotion.

• If goods purchased using the Reward are returned, any refund, replacement reward, gift card, store credit or other adjustment is subject to the selected Reward Retailer's returns policy and the redemption terms displayed with the Reward. The Reward component is not refundable in cash or reissued except as stated in those terms or where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

• OnePass may withhold or cancel a Reward obtained through multiple accounts, false information, fraud, abuse or another breach of these terms or the OnePass Terms and Conditions. This does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General conditions

• OnePass may change, suspend or cancel an Early Access event or the Reward offer if an event beyond its reasonable control materially affects the campaign, including a system failure, stock or supply disruption, legal requirement or retailer withdrawal. Any material change will be communicated through the relevant OnePass or retailer channel as soon as reasonably practicable. This clause does not limit any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Claims about ongoing OnePass member benefits, including free standard delivery and 5x Flybuys points, are governed by the OnePass Terms and Conditions and any applicable retailer and Flybuys terms. Personal information is handled in accordance with the OnePass Privacy Policy at onepass.com.au/privacy-hub/privacy-policy and, for retailer transactions, the relevant retailer's privacy policy.

• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
