When you sign up for a OnePass membership, you can forget about rushed shopping trips because one of its key benefits is free delivery on eligible items when you shop online – no minimum spend.
Any day of the year, you can shop online at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks and Priceline then wait for your order to be delivered to your doorstep, thanks to OnePass free delivery. It’s so handy when you’ve forgotten you need a present for a birthday party on the weekend or are juggling work, kids and life. OnePass members can also get free delivery on eligible prescription medication through InstantScripts.
There are some restrictions such as on regional postcodes, Marketplace items, custom orders and large or bulky items, but these are outlined on the retailers’ websites.
How does OnePass free delivery work?
All OnePass partners – Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks, Priceline and InstantScripts – offer free standard delivery on eligible items. To get Kmart and Target free delivery, OnePass members can simply go to either website and see clearly marked eligible items.
Bunnings OnePass free delivery is available on eligible parcel-sized online orders, up to 100cm x 70cm x 60cm with a maximum volume of 0.25 cubic metres and a maximum weight of 22kg. So, if you order a hammer and a box of nails, for instance, it will be delivered to you at no extra cost. If you're buying outdoor furniture, however, you'll probably see a delivery fee added at checkout. The same general rules apply for purchases from Officeworks. Free delivery on printer ink and a pack of manila folders? For sure. On a new desk for your office? Not likely.
To take advantage of free delivery from Priceline, your OnePass membership must be linked to a Pulse Rewards membership.
At InstantScripts, OnePass members get free standard delivery on prescription medication ordered through the online prescription service or as part of a treatment plan. Medication prescribed via a telehealth consultation isn't eligible for free delivery.
What items are eligible for OnePass free delivery?
The general rule is this: regular parcel-sized delivery is probably free. Bulky or heavy delivery? Not free.

Does free delivery apply across all OnePass brands?
Yes! OnePass retail partners offer free standard delivery on eligible items, and InstantScripts offers free delivery on eligible prescriptions, too. At retail partners, free delivery doesn’t cover large or heavy items, Marketplace products or some custom orders, and each retailer outlines its own policy on its website.
Is OnePass free delivery worth it?
While there are many benefits included as part of a OnePass membership, including 5x Flybuys points, 365-day returns and Express Click & Collect, it’s prized for free standard delivery. For OnePass members, the simple answer is no. You can buy a kids’ t-shirt from Kmart for less than $10 and have it delivered at no extra cost.
How do I know if an item is eligible for free delivery?
Each OnePass retail partner has its own rules for free delivery, which you can find on the relevant website. Remember, free delivery may not be available in some regional and rural areas.
Other common exclusions include heavy and bulky items, special orders, Marketplace orders and gift cards.
I’ve got a OnePass account, but when I’m checking out, there’s a delivery fee. Why isn’t it free?
Check that your account is up to date, payment details are current, and you’re signed in. If a delivery fee is still showing, it could be that the item you’ve chosen is not eligible for free delivery because it’s oversized. If you still have issues, check the individual retailer’s website for exclusions and conditions.
